I entered this field after seeing a need for therapists with diverse lived experience. I know what it’s like personally to feel in between two cultures as a first generation American. I also know the responsibility that eldest daughters are often given, which can leave unintended reverberations into adulthood.

Having a therapist to guide me through reparenting myself was a priceless investment, and I am grateful to be able to provide this healing experience to others through culture and trauma informed therapy.

I come prepared for clients with their goals, reviewing previous sessions, and being direct but gentle when noticing patterns or parts. You just need to show up and do the work each session, as well as the optional ‘homework’ provided in between.

Though I provide options and reminders of goals, each session is in your control of what you would like to prioritize.
